Ethel Vaughn, it's a breath of fresh air for the sportwear. It's some shape that could be described as classic, and at the same time ultra contemporary, adorned with colorful patterns, creative and not shy at all. it's an influence from the 80's and 90's, with some hip hop details. It's a silky pleated skirt with scrawled round pattern that goes with a dollars sweater signed by the Lithuanian artist EGYBOY, for the collection ‘Gangs of St Tropez’. It's a unisex hooded jacket with wild print including a hidden sewn-hood for collection ‘The Gurkha’, result of the collaboration Ethel Vaughn x MTRSFR. It's a jogging suit with giant prawns print that've been wore by the singer Yolandi Visser, from the south-africain band DIE ANTWOORD.
Behind the German label Ethel Vaughn, hides the founder Kadda Diedrich, which launched this urban fashion label in 2010. Each collection is handmade in small quantities, in the brand studio in Hamburg. Unfortunately , there is no trace of a collection in 2016 at the moment but that should not be before too long. The Facebook page of the brand announces an event for September 3, we stand on guard here.
